Respectful participation
Learners must treat tutors, staff and other learners respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, deliberate disruption and inappropriate conduct are not permitted.
Lesson preparation
Learners should attend on time, bring required materials and make a reasonable effort to complete agreed work. Repeated non-attendance may affect continuation of the service.
Academic integrity
Tutoring supports learning; it must not be used to submit another person’s work as the learner’s own, circumvent examination rules or obtain unauthorised assistance.
Privacy and communication
Do not share private tutor, learner or family information outside the service. Minors should use approved communication channels and follow guardian/safeguarding requirements.
Online safety
Do not record sessions, share meeting links, expose passwords or upload unlawful or harmful material. Report uncomfortable or unsafe behaviour promptly through the safeguarding/contact route.
