Terms governing use of Tuition Services Malta services.
These terms preserve the principal operational conditions previously published by Tuition Services Malta. They should be legally reviewed before major contractual changes.
1. General use
Website content is for general information and may change. Users remain responsible for ensuring services meet their requirements.
2. Withdrawal
Existing published terms provide for withdrawal by email within 14 days of submitting an application, subject to applicable law and any exceptions communicated in writing.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
Existing published terms require at least 48 hours' notice by email for cancellation or alteration of booked tuition slots, with rescheduling subject to the applicable arrangement.
4. Termination
Existing published terms require three weeks' notice by email when terminating ongoing booked tuition, subject to the detailed arrangement and applicable law.
5. In-home tuition
For students under 18, the previously published terms require a parent or guardian to be present on the premises during in-home tuition.
6. Payments and attendance
Fees, due dates, missed-session rules and any applicable administration charges are governed by the confirmed booking terms and invoice.
7. Tutor changes
Tuition Services Malta may change an assigned tutor where necessary to support continuity.
8. Law
Use of the website and related disputes are subject to the laws of Malta.

Published prices and quotations
Public prices apply to the service and format stated on the relevant page. Package discounts apply only to eligible prepaid packages. In-person, bespoke, institutional and specialist requirements may carry stated supplements or require a written quotation. A booking is only confirmed once Tuition Services Malta confirms availability and the applicable payment or invoice requirement.
Promotional, sibling and referral credits are subject to the published eligibility conditions in force at the time of booking and cannot be converted to cash unless required by law.
