Unexpected staff absence
Short-notice support when sickness, emergencies or unforeseen absence creates a gap in teaching or learner support.
Tuition Services Malta works with schools and learning communities on flexible tutor cover, temporary education support, intervention programmes, exam preparation, enrichment and longer-term academic partnerships. Support can be designed for a single learner, a small group, a class, a department or a wider cohort, subject to the school’s requirements and confirmed availability.
Schools can send us the exact role, subject, learner group, dates, timetable and required credentials. We then assess whether a suitable tutor or appropriately qualified education professional is available for the requested assignment.

Continuity support during longer periods of absence or while a member of staff returns gradually, subject to the school’s requested role requirements.
Interim academic support while a school recruits for a permanent role or deals with a delayed start, resignation or unexpected vacancy.

Planned cover or learner-support provision while staff attend training, curriculum work, meetings, projects or other approved school activity.
We can also add learning capacity where the school wants targeted academic support without restructuring the whole timetable.
