Learner, parent and institutional information must be handled on a need-to-know basis and only through approved systems. Personal data must not be copied into unauthorised apps or personal repositories.
Academic integrity
Tutors may explain, guide, model and give feedback, but must not complete assessed work dishonestly on a learner’s behalf or facilitate cheating.
Communication and records
Lesson notes, availability, cancellations, progress records and material service events should be recorded accurately using the approved workflow so parents, administrators and tutors have a consistent account.
